David Abazs, Chair, called the regular meeting of the Crystal Bay Town Board of Supervisors to order at 7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance at the Clair Nelson Intermodal Transportation Center.
Present: David Abazs, Deb Johansen, Lise Abazs, Paul Hartshorn, Doug Perfetto & Pam Melby.
Unless otherwise stated, all actions have been approved by unanimous yea vote.
Motion by Pam Melby, seconded by Paul Hartshorn to approve the minutes of the last meeting.
Motion by Pam Melby, seconded by Paul Hartshorn to approve agenda.
Motion by Pam Melby, seconded by Paul Hartshorn to accept Treasurers report.
There was a discussion about the Lake County Highway Department bill for Salt / Sand. Deb will inquire about possible overcharge, using a spreadsheet to demonstrate what was paid and what should have been billed.

PUBLIC CONCERNS
ROAD AND BRIDGE
Pudgy gave road report and upcoming projects. Holes on Silver Hill Road were filled. Has been mowing with tractor. Rec Hall mower fixed and ready for use. Pudgy will show Karl how to put away for winter. Near future plans are to grade Silver Hill and Park Hill roads and finish up on the Nikolai Rd. Pudgy would like to have Karl help with getting plows ready for the winter and obtaining a Class B license.
CLAIR NELSON CENTER
Honor’s report was read. Community BBQ on September 3rd from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
A thank to Paul for getting donation box out for the RV dump station. $102.00 already received and 1st pumping was $320.00.
NEW BUSINESS
Correspondence was read.
There was a discussion of the status of the memorial at the cemetery. It is in progress and Pudgy has contacted Marvin Morrison about slab and getting estimate for stone work.
