David Abazs, Chair, called the regular meeting of the Crystal Bay Town Board of Supervisors to order at 7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance at the Clair Nelson Intermodal Transportation Center.

Present: David Abazs, Deb Johansen, Lise Abazs, Paul Hartshorn, Doug Perfetto & Pam Melby.

Unless otherwise stated, all actions have been approved by unanimous yea vote.

Motion by Pam Melby, seconded by Paul Hartshorn to approve the minutes of the last meeting.

Motion by Paul Hartshorn, seconded by Pam Melby to approve agenda.

Motion by Paul Hartshorn, seconded by Pam Melby to approve Treasurers Report.

ROAD AND BRIDGE

Doug received report/complaint on wash out on Park Hill Road.

There was a discussion on black top grinding on Airbase Road. Machine grinds and then lays blacktop back down. Pudgy is getting estimate. He plans to then lay down gravel and grade.

CLAIR NELSON CENTER

Honor was unable to attend meeting. Paul Hartshorn has been hired for groundskeeper.

Motion by Pam Melby, seconded by David Abazs to hire Paul Hartshorn in groundskeeper/maintenance position.

NEW BUSINESS

Correspondence read.

Christine from Lake County Planning and Zoning has been asked to attend next meeting concerning County Lands possible for future Housing Development and / or waste water treatment use.

Motion by Pam Melby, seconded by Paul Hartshorn, to adjourn meeting at 7:30 p.m. until October 17, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Clair Nelson Intermodal Transportation Center.
