David Abazs, Chair, called the regular meeting of the Crystal Bay Town Board of Supervisors to order at 7:00 p.m., with the Pledge of Allegiance at the Clair Nelson Intermodal Transportation Center.
Present: David Abazs, Deb Johansen, Lise Abazs, Paul Hartshorn, Doug Perfetto, Pam Melby, and Bob Nikolai.
Unless otherwise stated, all actions have been approved by unanimous yea vote.
Motion by Paul Hartshorn, seconded by Pam Melby to approve the minutes, as amended, of the last meeting.
Motion by Paul Hartshorn, seconded by Pam Melby to approve agenda.
Motion by Pam Melby, seconded by Paul Hartshorn to accept Treasurer’s report.

Motion by David Abazs, seconded by Paul Hartshorn to pay off loan to Lake County Housing & Redevelopment next month. Balance 7062.54 plus this year’s interest of 213.98. Total of 7276.52.
PUBLIC CONCERNS
Bob Nikolai gave the board an update on the cemetery. Tree clean up, 2 lots sold and the light sensor.
ROAD AND BRIDGE
Pudgy gave road report. Tower on airbase road is being installed. He needed to gravel / sand road so the Department of Transportation could get up and access road.
Andrew Slade, with the Lake County Soil & Water District had asked about follow up on the Salveson Road repairs and cost sharing. Deb will put together invoices and send a statement including a 32′ 15″ culvert, equipment rental, barricade, and labor.
CLAIR NELSON CENTER
Deb read report from Honor. Asking for anything for newsletter. There will be Thanksgiving dinner starting at 2:00 p.m. and listed upcoming classes.
Bill Hanson will be attending the January 2018 Community Potluck (January 28) to talk about his experience working with housing issues in Cook County.
Kendra Klenz will be attending December meeting regarding recycling in Crystal Bay Township.
NEW BUSINESS
Went over map received from MN DOT. David will take map and call to address missing information.
Pam shared information on Drug Addiction Awareness meetings being held at the Community Church. The next meeting will be in December. It is about drug awareness in the community and coming up with a plan to help and support families.
