David Abazs, Chair, called the regular meeting of the Crystal Bay Town Board of Supervisors to order at 7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance at the Clair Nelson Intermodal Transportation Center.
Present: David Abazs, Deb Johansen, Lise Abazs, Paul Hartshorn, Doug Perfetto, Pam Melby, Honor Schauland
Unless otherwise stated, all actions have been approved by unanimous yea vote.
Motion by Paul Hartshorn, seconded by Pam Melby to approve the minutes of the last meeting.

Motion by Paul Hartshorn, seconded by Pam Melby to pay bills totaling $ 16,839.99
There was a discussion about the payment and balance due to the Lake County Housing & Development.
We make an annual payment of $ 1007.37 and the balance due after the 12/20 payment is $7062.54.
Motion by Paul Hartshorn, seconded by Pam Melby to pay off LCHD if possible.
There was a discussion about the amount in savings #1 (12,344.84) which is part of the LCHD that was intended for area businesses capital improvements. The Finland Co-op payment goes into this account.
The question raised at this point is if this money is ours to spend. Can we put it into a CD?
Lise will look into the status of this contract as well as paying off the LCHD.
ROAD AND BRIDGE
There was a discussion on the truck loan money in savings not being available. The monthly payment amounts become available as monthly payments are made. Because this is a savings collateral loan, it was pointed out we are paying interest on money we do not have access to.
Motion by Paul Hartshorn, seconded by Pam Melby to pay off loan at North Shore Federal Credit Union.
Doug gave report on road plowing with new truck. J
There had been a problem with the wiring of new truck, which was caused by installing plow by Widdes Trailer Sales. They took responsibility and the problem has been corrected.
There was a discussion on email from Dan Schulte regarding the Salveson Road repairs.
We will be dealing with finishing the project and contract with the Lake County Soil & Water in the spring.
Doug reported he made a box for back of plow truck for weight and to allow him to shovel sand without having to have salted sand in bed of NEW truck. J
